i want to meet my dad!!!PLease help

my names autumn liegh rainey and my dads been gone scince i was realy little. the only thing i know is that he was in prison in arkansas. my mom doesnt want me to meet him but i need to fill in the gaps. im now 16 and have never met him. PLease help Me!!!!
