African American Cousar, Couser, Cousart, Cousert, etc. of Lancaster, SC

Hi
I searching for any African American Cousar, Cousert, etc., of Lancaster County, SC. My grandfather, William Couser, called Will, was born on August 15, 1889. He married Martha Mackey. They had five children. I am searching for his parents and siblings. My grandfather was mulato. I was told of Indian and White. He had a brother name John, who moved to Chattum, NC. Help!!!
