HELP! In need of an example reunion letter because of a date change.

Hey,

Over 150 family member's from one state has requested a possible date change to be able to attend our family reunion.

The date we presently have is during the time they will be out of town at a church retreat.

We have already sent reunion info packets to the family member's.

I would appreciate an example of a letter explaing the date change.
