I want to know if I look like my dad

I want to find my dad. all i know is his name is steven hull, his parents were tom and joan hull, and his b'day is april 14 1958. I have never met him. I wanna know if i look like him and i want to meet him or at least talk to him. PLEASE!!! He's from Devon, England and was in jail for thievery or whatever. He has a tatoo on his hand that saya ACAB
