Dad Has Never Been In My Life

clarence hogue (hoping clarence is the right spelling) born in Virginia. Possibly worked in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Dark skin man on the heavy side (from what mom says) My mom says he he 3 other children. Left because welfare chased him away. Any info would be great
