Family reuninon

My name is Ricky Lacewell, I'm the son of the late Arse Lee Lacewell of Fayetteville, NC. My father was originally from Chadbourn, NC. I believed he had roots earlier in East Arcadia because he often mentioned it in past conversations.
He attended high school at West Columbus where he met my mother Melinder Lacewell the former Melinder Vereen of Fair Bluff, NC. I just turned 44 this year. My father died in 1986. My mother is still living in Fayettevile. I'm currently married and living in St Louis, MO employed by the U.S. government. I have a daughter who is a freshmen in college at UNCG. I retired from the military in 2001. I'm very interested in connecting with my extended family. I'm 100% sure we are related. Hope to hear from you soon.
