Need to find my Dad

I am looking far my father, Wayne Lawerance Hope. I have never met you but i do have a pic that I carry around with me since I was 11. I just want to see you and ask a few questions about where I come from and my nationality. What happened between you and my mom is between you two, not me....So please help me find you.
