good afternoon i have not come across anyone in my research of my family of richardson's,carey's,campbell's,and oliver's of cass county,texas and any contact with a family named rand.checkout here in california there is a think tan called " the rand corporation " located in santa monica,ca.see if that is who they are related to?last night on bet news a researchr and reporter named kemp found out her descendant kemp had ben insured by the slaveowner in kenticky and california and illinois are the two states that you have to list if you want to do business with them and if possible trace that busines back to the time of the enslavement of african people and the information is of the utmost of importance if one can find that link with their family.muhammad abdullah-p.o.box 338-compton,ca.90223
