Mills in Nevis

Do you have or able to get a copy of your grandmother's birth record? Then you would know who her parents were. All I know about my maternal grandfather is that on his marriage license his name is listed as William Mills and his death certificate list him as Hubert Mills. He married Feb. 27, 1927 in NYC and his pace of birth is listed as Nevis, BWI and his parents as Robert Mills and Eliza Well. I am told that his grandmother was a Pemberton and his grandfather was a Mills. I think the Pemberton's are from Gingerland. Oh on my grandfather's marriage license his occupation is listed as a shoe maker and on his death certiificate it is listed as musician. My mother told me that her father was a musician and told music lessons. Are you related to Cicley Tyson, the actress.
