Your e-mail is very helpful. Luctetia Bell is the mother of my grandmother, Theola. Vivian and Ruby are the oldest, Joseph Bell is her brother. My big dilemma is I have not been able to find out when/where Lucretia died. I know it was in the 1950's, but I'm not sure if it was in DC or Texas. Well, I'm looking forward to gaining more info.
