Looking For My Dad

I am looking for my dad Wayne Hale, I think he may live in South Carolina.I know he meet my mother in Clarksville, Tn. I have meet all of his family and they will not tell me where he is because they think I want to get him for back child support there wrong.I am almost 30 yrs old I don't need his money. All I want is to bring closure to my past so that I can move on with the future.
