Been looking 4 my dad about 11 years

I have been looking for my dad over 11 years now last time i recall seen my dad i was 6 years old. Before that he never seen me before. My dad saw me once and i was 6 everysence i havent seen him. All i know about him is that he has 2 daughters,he was here in Atlantic City but lefted me. When he came to see me he had promested me that he was going to take me shopping for school clothes because i was going to start school i staid up all day and all night he never showed up and sence then all i knew was that he had gone back to Puerto Rico with out telling my mom. But then his sister works down here in the casino she saw me once but sence then i never had the chance to find him. Hopefully i find him soon reason why i'am going threw alot and i need him by my side.
