Jule/Jewell Johnson & Mary Morris

Looking for information on my great grandparents Jule/Jewell Johnson and Mary Morris. They are the parents of my grandfather William Earl Johnson. I can't locate them in the federal census.According to William's ss-5 form he was born March 4, 1910 in Ft Gaines, (Clay County) GA. They were not listed in the 1910 or 1920 census for Clay County, GA.
According to William's death certificate, he was born Jan 9, 1910 in Macon (Bibb County) GA. I have looked at all the districts for Bibb County except for 1, but have not found them. I still have to look at the 1920 census for Bibb County, GA.
