I am looking for my family in the UK

I am looking for my sister who I have never met, but miss eternally. Her maiden name(or her father's surname) is Kari-Kari, after our biological father (who I have never met). I most certainly have more than just a sister by this lineage (if Mr Kari-Kari had more children), however I know for a fact that I have a sister who was in England around 1976. If you know any Kari Kari's who have lived in the UK, please forward my email.
