Stoneham Family
Posted by Bill Stoneham <bill.stoneham@serco.com> on Sat, 23 Aug 2003, in response to stoneham family, posted by bellthompson on Wed, 04 Jun 2003
HiFound your site and was interested to know if your research has extended to England. I live in a place called maidstone some 40 miles to thye East of London. I live in a county called Kent and my research suggests that the name 'Stoneham' originates from a village called Southfleet, near Gravesend. Gravesend is a small town on the Thames about 25 miles from London.
Best wishes
Bill Stoneham
