collins in alabama

info that might help the daughter of one of the biggest plantations in tyrell county n.c. moved to vernon ala. in the middle 1800's. she carried 81 slaves with her at least. the name was collins .not sure of her first name. the name of the plantation was somerset plantation. still open today .the ancestor of a former slave is the director .hopes this helps .
