RICKS, ROBINSON, JEWELL, STEPHENS, HARDEN/HARDIN
Posted by D.J. Ricks <DJRICKS54@AOL.COM> on Tue, 15 Apr 2003
Ricks' given name was Bryant who married Rony about 1880. Had sons' Charlie, Henry, Nelson looking for ones in that line of siblings, we are from Charlie's line. I would like to know more about Rony, Bryant may have come from Virginia. Robinson, Charlie married Linnie Robinson also it seems maybe of Clay County Georgia or Randolph or Quitman Counties. Linnie had brothers Willie and Charlie. Her mother's name was Jennie Pitman according to the death certificate. Jewell, given name was Clem who seems to have married Martha, they had daughters named Malissie and Laura, Laura married Will Stephens, who may be from the Clay County area also. Will did have siblings named, Susie, Robert, John and Alex, there is listed another sister but the spelling I am not sure of if it is Pearlie or not this all about 1890-1900 from research. Will also had a daughter that moved to Chester, PA about the 1940's named Lillian whom married a Harden child named Roney Mae, Lillian and Roney died later but we do not know where the rest of the family are, last hearing they had moved to New Jersey. Wynnell and Gracie they are the grands. Please help!Responses
