AOL has added a new feature to the message boards. If you read a message or list topics, an "up arrow" in a folder will appear at the top left of the window. (This is similar to the up arrow used in navigating through various Windows programs, so it may seem familiar.
This arrow works two different ways:
If you are reading an individual message, clicking on the up arrow will list ALL the messages in that topic (considering your preference settings
If you list messages or topics, but are not reading an individual message (just looking at a list of them), clicking on the up arrow will take you to the other topics in that message board area.
Please let me know if I can ever answer questions about using the forum.

Editor's Note: While most of this article did apply to our old message boards on America Online, our site's message boards can be searched using our search engine linked above and it is possible that an obituary, will or other record may be found posted there. Some of these other obsolete message board topics may be considered for future board topics if there is enough interest. This type of information would be most likely to appear in the Alphabetic Surname Message Boards.
