Privitize Information sent in GEDCOMs

In older versions of FTM (4.0 for example) you were able to select the information you wanted included from your file into the GEDCOM you were creating. In the newer versions you can no longer select the fields you want included in the GEDCOM, but you can select to temporarily "hide" information on living individuals. I personally feel that to include dates, addresses, phone numbers, employment, etc, of living individuals is an invasion of their privacy and do not want to pass this along in GEDCOMs that I am creating. To privatize this information:

While in your FTM file:

1) Click on File
2) Click on Preferences
3) Click on Privatize
4) Check the Privatize Information Box
5) Click OK
6) When the process of privatizing the information is complete, the background of your FTM screen will be green instead of yellow
7) Now you can create your GEDCOM file and any personal information will not be included
8) When you exit FTM this temporary privatized file is disappear and your file will be back to "normal"

If anyone has any suggestions for something they would like explained in this spot, please let me know and if I have the answer to your query I'll be more than happy to address it.
