In large mixing bowl stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and allspice. Make a well in the center.
Combine the eggs, sour cream and oil; stir in peaches. Add peach mixture all at once to the flour mixture. Stir just until moistened; batter should be lumpy.
Spoon batter into greased or paper-bake-cup-lined muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
