LASAGNA

Ingredients:

1 Pkg. Lasagna noodles
1 Ex Lg. jar of spaghetti sauce
1 lb hamburger meat
2 cans sliced olives
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can corn drained (optional)
3 eggs
1 small container Ricotta cheese
1 lb med. Cheddar cheese
1 lb mozzarella (I prefer the 7 cheese blend)
Parmeson Cheese (opt)

Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles and let cool
Cook meat UNTIL done and drain
Add corn, olives, onion and sauce to meat
Boil 2 eggs and crumble them over the sace
In small bowl add Ricotta and raw egg, it makes the ricotta spread easier
In Lasagna pan add small layer of meat
Cover meat with some of the noodles
Spread ricotta over the noodles add crumbled egg onto of the ricotta

Put some of the grated cheese on top of noodles and ricotta Repeat steps 6-9 until done and cook in oven at 350 degrees about 45 minutes to an hour depending on how deep it is or until the cheese starts to bubble.
