Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup bisquick
2 T butter or margarine
1 13 oz can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 16 oz can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp each of cloves, allspice
2 tsp vanilla

Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 or 10" pie pan. In mixing bowl, beat all ingredients until smooth, 2 minutes with hand mixer or 1 minute in blender on high. Pour into pie pan.
Bake 50-55 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Serve with whipped cream or topping if desired.
