Buttermilk Soup

Ingredients 1 quart buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1Tbs. lemon
1tsp. vanilla (opt)

Directions: Add salt to buttermilk and place over low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Beat eggs, add sugar and lemon juice and vanilla and stir into hot soup mixture. Serve with cream.

****Editors Note: On the Lemon juice, you will have to figure out exactly how much to use. Recipe only called for lemon no exact amount.
