BROCCOLI AND HAM CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 cup leftover ham chopped in small cubes
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. sour cream
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli until barely tender.
Drain well.
Stir in soup and sour cream together. Add remaining ingredients
to soup and sour cream mixture. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart
casserole.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 6.
