The 100th Ohio Infantry Regiment was organized in Toledo, Ohio over the period Jul - Sep 1862. In the Regimental Histories of "A Compendium of the War of the Rebellion" by Frederick H. Dyer, I cannot determine the Company activity nor whether Co. F was a "Colored" Company. However for what it's worth, the 100th Ohio's Regimental History is as follows:
