MaMa Grainger's California Chicken

MaMa Grainger's California Chicken
1 whole chicken cut up
1 can of golden mushroom soup
1 can of fat free chicken broth
1 package of lipton dry onion soup mix
1 cup of rice
Pour rice into baking dish sprayed with Pam. Add package of dry soup mix. Lay chicken on top of rice and dry soup. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in oven at 375 for 1 1/2 hours or until cooked.
MaMa Grainger is Glennie Sarvis Grainger. She was born in Tabor City, NC and was married to the late Bradley Homer Grainger of Green Sea, SC. They had one daughter Angelyn Grainger Hinson and two grandaughters; Penelope Denise Hinson Myers and Angelyn Rene Hinson Matthews.
