The Green family was a colonial family of distinction, and intermarried with other families such as Ball, Barbour, Blackwell, Crabb, Dixon, Faulk, Fry, Jones, Marshall, Pendleton, Peyton, Price, Shackleford, Short, Slaughter, and Willis. The family was from VA, and moved into KY and IL as well as some in MD, MO, and TN.
This is merely a compilation of some old magazine articles, and I have seen several mistakes where children and their spouses were assigned to 2 different sets of parents. Use it only as a guide, not gospel.
