This 17,000+ person file can be used for your personal research only. It cannot be uploaded to any bbs or anywhere else on the Internet.

This file is some of the result of my family research over the past several years. The file contains information on over 17,000 persons. It is a GEDCOM and can be imported by most genealogy programs. It was created using Reunion (v. 5.0) software running on a Mac clone (Radius 81/110). The file was saved in the Ancestoral file format for MS-DOS, so it should be usable by both IBM compats & Macs. It was compressed using ZIPIT (for Mac). You will need an UNZIP type of software to expand them. It will expand to around 5.4MB in size. Once imported into your genealogy software it will probably be over 12MB in size.

To create this file I exported from my database all of the Ragan, Reagan, Regan, Ragin (and other variations) as well as ORagan (etc.) families. Included also are *all* the descendants of my oldest known Ragan ancestors, Timothy Ragan & Mary Lary. I also exported my ancestors along all other family branches as well. There are a lot of Andersons & Field families. The Field line goes back to 1240 AD.

There are several Ragan, Reagan, Regan, Ragin ... etc. families included that I've picked up during my research that, so far, don't seem to fit into my family branches (yet). Several of the lineages were contributed by other RAGAN/REAGAN (...etc.) researchers. Their contact information is included in the notes section of their lines.
