This is a medium GEDCOM file concentrating on the Wright family of Bedford / Franklin Co., VA and the ancestry of my great grandfather, Neal Baker Wright, s/o Costello Hill Wright and Elizabeth Jones Ware.. The patriarch of the family, William Wright, was from Fauquier Co., VA and migrated to Bedford Co., VA in the 1770's. His parentage is unclear at this point, but he may have been a son of William and Rosemond Wright. His wife was nee' Mary Grant, daughter of William and Mary Grant and granddaughter of William and Alice Grant, all of King George Co., VA.
Main families included are the Brockman's of Amherst and Orange Co's., the Ware's of Caroline, Amherst Co's., VA and GA, the Thurmond's, Veal's, Jones', Beazley's, Tucker's and other allied kin.
