3 CONT   He names his daughters as Mahala Ann, and Mary E. who were mentioned as 
3 CONT haveing the house as long as they were single or until they decided to 
3 CONT move elsewhere.
3 CONT   He names his wife, Elizebeth & son John M. Elrod as executors dated 5 
3 CONT Dec. 1848 which would have been the year of our Mary's birth.

3 CONT 2 Page 410 8-17-55.
3 CONT   Probate Court records state that George Elrod departed this life on the 
3 CONT day of 18 .. but I did not find a month or year. It also thats the John B. 
3 CONT Elrod departed this life many years before... Also R.A. Elrod departed 
3 CONT this life testate on the ____ day of November. and was signed on the 9 day 
3 CONT of (couldn't make out writing), 1872.
