Will of Constant Perkins, Jr.
To sons David, Walker and William Perkins each 1/3 of the tract of land I live on. To daughter Judith Perkins 1 negro boy now in possession of my father given to me by deed at his death. To daughter Mary Perkins, 1 negro Boy. To daughter Ann Clarkson 1 shilling.
Residue of my estate to my wife, at her death to be divided among the rest of my children: Constantine, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Stephen and Ezekiel.

Executors: Brothers, Stephen and Joseph Perkins. Witness: Joseph Pollard, Nathaniel Lancaster and William Attkisson.
