Will of Nicholas Heffler, dated January 16, 1913


Winburne, Pa Jan 16th 1913

I Nicholas Heffler being of sound mind but knowing I have not long to live, make this my last will and testament.

First I bequeath to God my soul and to Earth my body from whench it came.

Next I will to my daughter Emma and my son Robert, the care of my children, namely George Heffler. aged 13 years and Isabel Heffler, aged 6 years, with funds sufficient for their care and all provisions for their clothing-keep and schooling, until each arive at the age of 16 years. Next, if there be money or property-left belonging, or that had belonged to me, after the two children have attained the age of 16 yrs. I bequeath it share and share alike to each of my children namely. Robert Heffler, Elizabeth Baumgardner, Mary Armstrong, Albert Heffler, William Heffler, Emma Heffler, Ida Heffler, Nora Dullen, George Heffler, Isabel Heffler.

I name as executor of this will my eldest son Robert Heffler.

In conclusion I here by affix my signature the day and date above written before witness.
