- 2nd Brigade, 2nd Division, 12th Army Corps, to May 1863.
- 1st Brigade, 1st Division, 12th Army Corps, Army of the Potomac, to Oct 1863, and Army of the
Cumberland to Dec 1863.

- Duty at Bolivar Heights, Maryland, till Dec 1862.
- Reconnoissance to Rippon, W.Va., Nov 9, 1862.
- Expedition to Winchester and Skirmishes at Charleston and Berryville, Dec 2-6, 1862.
- March to Fairfax Station, Virginia, Dec 10-14, 1862, and duty there till Jan 19, 1863.
- Burnside's 2nd Campaign, "Mud March," Jan 20-24, 1863.
- At Stafford Court House till Apr 27, 1863.
- Chancellorsville Campaign Apr 27-May 6, 1863.
- Battle of Chancellorsville, May 1-5.
- Gettysburg Campaign, Jun 11-Jul 24.
- Battle of Gettysburg, Jul 1-3.
- Pursuit of Lee, Jul 5-24.
- At Raccoon Ford, Virginia, till Sep, 1863.
- Movement to Stevenson, Alabama, Sep 24-Oct 4, 1863.
- Duty along Nashville & Chattanooga Railroad, till Dec, 1863.
- Regiment disbanded Dec 9, 1863, and men transferred to 107th, 123rd, and 150th New York Infantry.
