Mr. James E. Mullinix - Highland ParkMr. James E. Mullinix, 66, of 2513 Illinois, died unexpectedly Monday afternoon from a heart attack. He was born March 12, 1884, in Callao, Macon County, Missouri;, to John W. Mullinix and Mittie (Stacey) Mullinix and moved to Topeka area 28 years ago from Herington, Kansas.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Annie Mullinix of the home; a daughter Mrs. Arthur Godfrey, Topeka; six sons, George C. Mullinix, Carbondale; Lee Otho Mullinix, Lincoln, Nebraska; James E. Jr., Dan J., Wilbert O., William O. Mullinix, all of Topeka; 20 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild, and two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Cupp, Macon, Missouri, and his twin sister Mrs. Kate Cupp of Quincy, Illinois.
