3) CHICAGO.TXT - Printout in order of cemeteries' NAME.
4) CHIC_ZIP.TXT - Printout in ZIP code order.
5) CHIC_TWN.TXT - Printout in TOWNSHIP name order.
6) CHICAGO.DBF - Raw data in .DBF file format.

General:

The Index, composed of both a .DBF file and an ASCII printout is ordered by cemetery name and area designation (N,E,W,S). The index includes the following columns (fields):
• Cemetery NAME
  
• PHONE Number
  
• ADDRESS
  
• City or TOWN,
  
• ZIP code
  
• TOWNSHIP that the cemetery serves.
Comments:
There are some cemeteries that are in Indiana State and that fact is captured in the designated TOWN column.

Some cemeteries are known by more than one name. This is captured by "SEE ..." in the ADDRESS column.
